GoVerse IELTS Forms — the Google Forms and Google Drive integration used by Tri Viet IELTS Master (TVIM) for IELTS teaching and learning.

How we handle your information
This policy explains what the application GoVerse IELTS Forms does with personal information. The application is built and operated by Tri Viet IELTS Master (TVIM), an IELTS teaching centre in Vietnam, and is used only to run IELTS classes: setting practice work, collecting student answers, marking them, and returning results and feedback to the student.
It is not a commercial data product. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
1. What the application connects to
GoVerse IELTS Forms connects to Google Forms and Google Drive through the Google account of the TVIM teaching team. It requests exactly one Google permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
This is the narrowest Drive permission Google offers. It lets the application see and manage only the files it has itself created — the practice forms and the response files belonging to those forms. It gives the application no access to the rest of anyone's Google Drive: it cannot list, open, read or delete documents, photos or folders that it did not create.
2. What information we handle

3. What we use it for
- Marking the practice and returning the score and answer key to the student straight after submission.
- Writing and sending the individual feedback sheet for that piece of work.
- Keeping a record of the student's progress across the course, so the teacher can see how the class and the individual are moving.
We do not use this information for anything else. We do not use it to train machine-learning models, and we do not build advertising or marketing profiles from it.
4. Who can see it
The teaching staff of TVIM — the teachers responsible for the class and the staff who mark and moderate the work. Nobody outside TVIM is given access.
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer this information to third parties. The only external party involved is Google, which hosts the forms, files and recordings as our infrastructure provider, under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
5. Where it is stored
Inside the Google Forms and Google Drive of the TVIM teaching account, in files created by the application. Marks and feedback used inside the GoNexus learning platform at gonexus.pro.vn are stored on that platform's hosting in Vietnam. Access in both places requires a sign-in.
6. How long we keep it
We keep a student's practice work, recordings, marks and feedback while the student is enrolled, and for up to 12 months after their last course with us finishes, so that progress records stay available for the following course. After that period we delete it, or we keep it only in a form that is no longer linked to a named student.
If you ask us to delete the data sooner, we will do that — see the next section.
7. Seeing, correcting or deleting your data
You may ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to baotin110120@gmail.com with the student's name and class. We will reply and complete the request within 30 days.
For a student under 18, a parent or guardian may make the request on the student's behalf.
Deleting the data may mean we can no longer show past scores or feedback for that student, because there is no second copy kept elsewhere for that purpose.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by GoVerse IELTS Forms adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
9. Cookies on this website
This privacy page itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. When a teacher or student signs in to the learning platform on this domain, one session cookie is set so that the platform knows who is signed in. It is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, and it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
10. Security
Access to the forms, files and platform requires a sign-in, and the site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to the teaching staff who need it. We do not claim that any system is perfectly secure; if we become aware that student data has been exposed, we will tell the people affected.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle this information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be communicated to current classes.

Trang này nói rõ ứng dụng GoVerse IELTS Forms làm gì với thông tin cá nhân. Ứng dụng do Trí Việt IELTS Master (TVIM) — một trung tâm luyện thi IELTS tại Việt Nam — xây và vận hành, chỉ dùng cho việc dạy và học: giao bài luyện, nhận bài làm của học sinh, chấm, rồi trả kết quả và nhận xét về cho chính em ấy.
Đây không phải sản phẩm kinh doanh dữ liệu. Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân, không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba dùng vào việc riêng của họ, và không dùng để quảng cáo hay dựng hồ sơ người dùng.
1. Ứng dụng kết nối tới những gì
GoVerse IELTS Forms kết nối tới Google Forms và Google Drive qua tài khoản Google của bộ phận chuyên môn TVIM. Nó xin đúng một quyền của Google:

Đây là quyền Drive hẹp nhất mà Google có. Nó cho phép ứng dụng thấy và quản lý chỉ những tệp do chính nó tạo ra — tức các biểu mẫu luyện tập và tệp câu trả lời của những biểu mẫu đó. Nó không đọc được phần còn lại trong Google Drive cá nhân của bất kỳ ai: không liệt kê, không mở, không đọc, không xoá được tài liệu, ảnh hay thư mục mà nó không tạo.
2. Chúng tôi đụng tới những thông tin nào

3. Dùng để làm gì
- Chấm bài và trả điểm kèm đáp án cho học sinh ngay sau khi nộp.
- Viết và gửi phiếu nhận xét riêng cho bài đó.
- Giữ hồ sơ học tập theo suốt khoá học, để giáo viên thấy cả lớp và từng em đang tiến tới đâu.
Ngoài những việc trên, chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu này vào việc gì khác. Không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình học máy, không dựng hồ sơ quảng cáo hay tiếp thị từ nó.
4. Ai xem được
Giáo viên và bộ phận chuyên môn của TVIM — những người phụ trách lớp và những người chấm, soát bài. Không ai ngoài TVIM được cấp quyền xem.
Chúng tôi không bán, không cho thuê, không trao đổi và không chuyển dữ liệu này cho bên thứ ba. Bên ngoài duy nhất có liên quan là Google, với vai trò nhà cung cấp hạ tầng lưu biểu mẫu, tệp và bản ghi âm, theo điều khoản và chính sách riêng tư của chính Google.
5. Dữ liệu nằm ở đâu
Nằm trong Google Forms và Google Drive của tài khoản chuyên môn TVIM, ở những tệp do ứng dụng tạo ra. Phần điểm và nhận xét dùng trong hệ thống học tập GoNexus tại gonexus.pro.vn thì lưu trên hạ tầng của hệ thống đó tại Việt Nam. Cả hai nơi đều phải đăng nhập mới vào được.
6. Giữ trong bao lâu
Chúng tôi giữ bài làm, bản ghi âm, điểm và nhận xét của học sinh trong suốt thời gian em còn học, và thêm tối đa 12 tháng kể từ khi khoá học cuối cùng của em kết thúc, để hồ sơ tiến bộ còn dùng được cho khoá tiếp theo. Hết thời hạn đó chúng tôi xoá đi, hoặc chỉ giữ lại dưới dạng không còn gắn với tên học sinh nào.

7. Xem, sửa hay xoá dữ liệu của mình
Bất cứ lúc nào bạn cũng có quyền yêu cầu chúng tôi cho xem chúng tôi đang giữ gì về bạn, sửa lại cho đúng, hoặc xoá đi. Xin gửi thư tới baotin110120@gmail.com kèm tên học sinh và lớp. Chúng tôi sẽ trả lời và xử lý xong trong 30 ngày.
Với học sinh dưới 18 tuổi, cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ có thể yêu cầu thay cho em.
Xin lưu ý: xoá dữ liệu đồng nghĩa với việc sau đó chúng tôi không còn hiển lại được điểm và nhận xét cũ của em, vì không có bản sao thứ hai nào được giữ cho mục đích đó.
8. Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API
Việc sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận từ Google API của GoVerse IELTS Forms tuân theo Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm cả các yêu cầu Limited Use.
9. Cookie trên trang này
Riêng trang chính sách này không đặt cookie nào, không chạy đo lường hay mã theo dõi nào. Khi giáo viên hay học sinh đăng nhập vào hệ thống học tập trên tên miền này thì có một cookie phiên được đặt để hệ thống biết ai đang đăng nhập. Cookie đó gắn cờ HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, và không dùng cho quảng cáo hay theo dõi xuyên trang.
10. An toàn
Muốn vào biểu mẫu, tệp và hệ thống học tập đều phải đăng nhập, và trang được phục vụ qua HTTPS. Chúng tôi giới hạn quyền xem trong phạm vi những người cần dùng. Chúng tôi không tuyên bố hệ thống nào là an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu biết có dữ liệu học sinh bị lộ, chúng tôi sẽ báo cho những người liên quan.
11. Khi chính sách này thay đổi
Nếu cách chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này và đổi ngày ở dòng "Last updated" phía trên. Thay đổi lớn sẽ được báo thêm tới các lớp đang học.
